    Review From: Meath

The book is about a girl who couldn’t read who lived in a book shop. I loved the funny cat and the ending and reading this book made me wonder about books, pictures, people who are illiterate and forgeries.
Overall I thought the book was really, really cool and funny.
I give the book 4 out of five stars.

This book is about a family that lived in a book shop and won a competition .
I loved when the character Property sneeked around at night looking for the book. Reading this book made me wonder about living in a library in a hammock. The illustrations in this book looked very realistic and overall I thought this book was really good.
I give this book 4.5 stars out of five.

WE learned a lot about life in Afghanistan under the Taliban rule. WE had first to look up the map to see where it is!
For such a short book, there was a lot in the story. We learned what it would be like to live in such a confined space, out of your own home. How hard life was for Parvana and her family, some of whom didn’t leave the house for a year.
We saw the film too, which was good but not the very same as the book

    Review From: Louth

This book is one of the best books I have ever read.Any one can read it,but I’d say that 8-12 year olds would be most interested. The detail in it is wonderful and the characters are quite good.I liked when Hermione was trying to teach Ron the Wingardiom leviosa spell and Ron really couldn’t do it then she did it like a professional.

You should REALLY read this book!
